How much deposit do I have to pay?

A deposit (which is 50% of the agreed price) shall be payable by you upon signing the Order Confirmation or on confirming your acceptance of the order. Full payment will be due upon on the day of installation.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Our products are made to order and as such, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once the order has been placed. If you need to make changes immediately after placing your order, please call us to see if this is possible. Please note that we cannot guarantee to cancel or amend your order as production of your blinds or shutters may have already started.

Can I get a refund?

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on ‘Made to Measure’ curtains, blinds, and shutters unless they are faulty.

What warranty do you offer on your products?

Our Warranty is:
Shutter: 5 Years
Blinds: 1 Year
Curtains: 1 Year
Blind Screen: 1 Year
Awnings: 5 Years
External Blinds: 5 Years

Will I get a reminder call on the day to confirm the advisor will still make my appointment?

You will receive a confirmation SMS text once you have booked your appointment, then a reminder text a couple of days before.

Can I cancel my appointment?

Yes you can cancel your appointment. Please telephone us as early as you are able before the appointment.

Can I rearrange my fitting?

The is no cost to rearrange your fitting and the simplest way to do this is by telephoning our team. Please give us 24 hours notice.

How long do I have to wait for my blinds or shutters to be fitted?

Delivery and fitting of our blinds are typically completed within 2-3 weeks from the order date. Delivery and fitting for shutters usually take 9-12 weeks from the order date.
We will arrange for one of our fitters to deliver your blinds in person on a pre-arranged date and time that is convenient for you. Typically, we provide a 2-hour window for the fitter’s arrival to account for local traffic or potential variations in previous fittings.

What do I need to do before the fitting?

Before the fitting, please clear the window area and make sure that any existing blinds or curtains are taken down.

Can you dispose of my old blinds?

Unfortunately we do not have the facilities to dispose of old blinds and so this is not a service we offer.
